On Friday, November 30th, Sonnets Sandwich Shop made its last sandwich before closing its doors after deciding we should not renew our lease. After much prayer and consideration, we decided it is best to focus our efforts and resources on the growing expansion of Bread Poets in our downtown location. We are currently in the process of adding another 1200 square feet to our Bread Poets building at 106 E. Thayer Ave in Bismarck, as well as an additional 2 ovens, bringing our grand total to 10 ovens!! We look forward to many more years of growth and bread baking in the Bismarck-Mandan community and want to say a special THANK YOU and farewell to our faithful and loyal Sonnets customers. It was an honor to make sandwiches for you and we hope we’ve inspired new ways to enjoy Bread Poets bread!
